3. Services

Services refer to live coaching sessions, workshops, retreats, and guided meditation programs.

• Scheduling: Book via our site. You may reschedule up to 48 hours before a session.
• No-Show Policy: If you miss a session without notice, no credit will be issued.
• Credit: If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, you may apply session credit to a future date within six months.

4. Info Products

Info products refer to digital courses, audio recordings, e-books, and downloadable materials.

• Access: Digital content is available upon completion of checkout.
• Cancellations: You may request a reimbursement within 14 days if no content has been accessed.
• Irreversible Delivery: Once you access or download any module, the purchase is final and cannot be reversed.

5. Goods

Goods refer to physical items such as branded journals, apparel, and meditation accessories.

• Shipping: Items are sent within 5 business days.
• Damaged Items: If shipment arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days for an or reimbursement.
• Unused Condition: To qualify for an or reimbursement, items must be in original condition and packaging and sent back within 14 days.

6. Refund Policy

We strive to support your journey with clarity. Details of reimbursement steps by product type:

• Services: To request a reimbursement for prepaid sessions, contact us at least 48 hours prior. Credits may be applied to future service dates within six months. No credits or reimbursements after sessions have begun.
• Info Products: Reimbursements are available within 14 days of purchase only if no digital file has been accessed. All requests are processed within 10 business days to the original payment source.
• Goods: For damaged or incorrect items, we will provide an or a reimbursement. Please send items back within 14 days. Once we receive the package, we will process your request within 10 business days.

All reimbursement amounts will be sent back to the payment method used at purchase. We do not offer store credit in lieu of a reimbursement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Amendments

We may modify these terms at our discretion. Any changes will become effective upon posting at zenquaraia.top. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
